Hazel Laura Mugo

Hazel is a monitoring and evaluation practitioner who has conducted research and evaluation studies for a wide range of organisations. Her areas of expertise range from education, youth development and evaluation use. She is also studying for a PhD on the use of evidence in education policy development, at the University of East Anglia. Hazel holds a Masters Degree in Programme Monitoring and Evaluation and a Bachelor's degree in Organisational Psychology from the University of Cape Town.
