Talar contributes to our research on innovation and technology in the humanitarian sector. She has worked in various organisations and on topics ranging from Migrant Domestic Worker Rights to Digital Security, LGBTIQ+ Rights, and Gender Based Violence. Her experience ranges from monitoring and evaluation to project management, research and report writing, business development, and youth-involved community development, and she is experienced in working in start-up environments. Talar graduated from King's College London with an MA in Terrorism, Security, & Society.
